An open system was chosen, but with differences to other airboxes from the accessories. This can be seen in the shape of the carbon housing as well as the position and shape of the air filter.
The inverted cone-shaped filter ultimately creates the Venturi effect, so that a uniform laminar air flow is generated. Particularly in the E46 M3, the Eventuri kit not only provides advantages in terms of performance and responsiveness, the sound of the engine is now more present.
